

George Davis
George Davis is the Founder and Managing Partner of Davis Partners Group, with a particular focus on human capital management, including Board and CEO evaluation, succession planning and organizational effectiveness. His clients include both Global Fortune 500, Russell 2000 and private equity backed companies.
Previously, George served as Managing Partner and Executive Committee Member of Egon Zehnder International (EZI), the leading global executive search firm. During his 20 year tenure with EZI, he led both the CEO and Board practices, as well as serving as head of North America. Having helped to recruit more than 500 CEOs and Board Directors across a range of industries, George has served as a trusted advisor to organizations seeking guidance on a variety of critical management and boardroom issues, including succession planning, organizational effectiveness, strategy, and digital transformation.
Prior to founding Davis Partners Group, George led talent operations for MacAndrews & Forbes, a multi-billion privately-held holding company that includes such diverse businesses and Revlon, Harland Clarke, and RetailMeNot. He is a recognized expert in both human capital management and corporate governance who has been a frequent contributor to such major business media as Business Week, CNBC, Fortune, Harvard Business Review, and The Wall Street Journal.
